Jianzhen® Heat-Moisture Patch

Overview

Jianzhen® Heat-Moisture Patch is a Class-II registered two-layer medical thermotherapy dressing. Think of it as a mini-targeted sauna stuck right on your sore spot. No pills, no needles, no surgery. It delivers steady warmth and moisture to affected areas while allowing your skin to breathe normally.

Two Core Components

1. Functional Nano-Polyurethane Film (direct skin contact)

This thin membrane is the heart of the product: waterproof yet highly breathable. Analogy: just like premium GORE-TEX outdoor shell fabric — liquid cannot get in, but sweat vapour escapes freely. Comparable to the back-sheet of modern baby diapers — locks in moisture without suffocating skin.

It adopts picture-frame border-only adhesive design. Adhesive is applied only along outer edges, covering merely 49% of contact area. Unlike conventional plasters with full-surface glue, skin-sensitization risk is roughly halved. Analogy: like gluing only the perimeter of a photo frame instead of covering the whole picture; similar to the sealing gasket on a car windshield, sealed only at edges.

2. Constant-Temperature Heat Pack (attaches externally, on top of the film)

Delivers stable heat of 45-48 °C (113-118 °F) for up to 2 hours. Analogy: works like a thermostat-controlled electric blanket or premium reusable hand warmer — consistent gentle warmth without sudden overheating spikes.

3-in-1 Synergistic Working Mechanism

① Physical Thermotherapy: boost local blood circulation

Steady warmth dilates subcutaneous blood vessels, delivering oxygen & nutrients to sore tissue and speeding removal of metabolic waste. It helps relieve swelling, inflammation and pain. Analogy: the same relief you get from a hot bath for sore muscles or the warm compress used in physiotherapy sessions.

② Breathable sealed warm-moist micro-environment

The film creates a warm, humid micro-environment that gently opens skin pores. Originated from TCM “sweating therapy” — in plain language: heat relaxes skin micro-openings to improve circulation and ease cold-caused stiffness and aching. Analogy: a tiny greenhouse sitting on your skin; similar to holding a warm damp towel against your body; a mini-sauna acting only on your targeted spot.

③ Enhanced transdermal drug absorption (clinical optional use)

Before applying the film, clinicians may apply customized herbal cream or liquid onto skin. Open pores plus warm-moist sealed conditions greatly boost penetration of topical ingredients and shorten treatment cycles. Analogy: body lotion absorbs far better right after a hot shower; same principle as nicotine or lidocaine pain-relief patches — warmth and moisture act as an engine driving active ingredients through skin.

Application Steps

Two steps: apply film to form a sealed pocket, attach heat pack — Two steps to apply; treat for 20-60 minutes, maximum 2 hours per session

Place the nano-polyurethane film over the sore area, press firmly along frame edges to form a sealed pocket, then remove the protective liner.

Attach the constant-temperature heat pack to the outer center of the film. Treat for 20-60 minutes; maximum 2 hours per session.
